Manorama's Take on City Twinning

All of us thought that Trivandrum was getting into a twinning initiative with Barcelona, right?

WRONG!!!!

Lol, at least if you believe "Kerala's largest circulated malayalam daily". It chose to report that its pet city was at the receiving end of this tie-up. Lol, wonder when they shift the Capital?!
