Nila - The original champion

When it opened in the late 90s, the 400,000 sft Nila amazed people with its sheer size. It formed the basis for Technopark's early growth, hosting firms like US Tech, IBS, Toonz and many more. Since then, it has been overtaken in size by the 500,000 sft Bhavani and now by the 600,000 sft Thejaswini, but its magnificent bulk never fails to impress - especially with a sparkling, new coat of paint.

The first time I went to Nila, many a year ago, I was absolutely blown away by its size and especially by the atrium, which features trees on its first floor, amidst the sprawling food court!
